Environment Department is responsible for the delivery of highway and drainage schemes, and operational services within the City of London, including the implementation of the City’s award-winning Street Enhancement initiatives, Section 106 and 278 Projects.

Working in the Highways Design & Construction Team, you will be taking responsibility for a number of high-profile projects within the City of London.

You will have a qualification in Civil Engineering and/or have significant experience of working at a similar level, with proven design and implementation capabilities. You will also be required to have good IT skills, which will include the use of CAD and Microsoft packages.

Local government package of conditions and benefits apply to this appointment.  Starting salary will be based on qualifications, knowledge and experience.
