This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Housing and Public Protection Business Improvement Manager to join our Housing and Public Protection Team.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director for Housing & Public Protection, this is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of some of our most high-profile and high-impact services.
Youâll drive excellence across business support, performance, and continuous improvementâusing your insight, creativity and dataâled innovation to transform how we deliver for residents and businesses.
From shaping strategic direction to ensuring seamless backâoffice operations, youâll play a critical role in enabling and enhancing a diverse portfolio of frontline services. No two days will be the same. Your work will touch everything from stray dogs, licensing and business inspections to enforcement, homelessness, temporary accommodation, UK resettlement schemes, and even Royal events in Windsor.
