This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Early Intervention and Prevention Service in the Normanton and Featherstone area of the district as a full time Family Hub Coordinator based at Oakhill Family Hub in Featherstone.

 

As the Family Hub Coordinator, you will have oversight of the family hubs in the area (Oakhill and Butterflies) and the Family Support and Early Years staff who work from them.

 

In your role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Coordination and management of the Family Hub offer and the staff teams working across the hub sites.
  • Line management of two (full time equivalent) Early Intervention and Prevention (EIP) practitioners who manage the family hub duty and the Team Around the School meetings in all the Primary Schools across the Normanton and Featherstone area.
  • Line management of the Early Years EIP Practitioner who manages the early years family hub duty and the Team Around the Early Years meetings across Normanton, Featherstone, and the Southeast.
  • Lead on family hub partnership working, partner offer from the hubs and oversight of any local service level agreements.
  • Oversight of the quality, performance and impact of the work of your teams and the general health and safety across the family hubs.
