About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Curriculum and Quality Manager who is passionate about adult learning.
Key Responsibilities:
What will be expected from me?
You will have responsibility for curriculum planning, staffing, timetabling, and resource allocation, alongside maintaining robust quality assurance processes and ensuring full compliance with funding body requirements, awarding body regulations, and internal performance frameworks.
You will maintain rigorous quality assurance processes and ensure full compliance with funding requirements, awarding organisation regulations, and internal performance frameworks.
You will have proven experience contributing to and leading quality procedures such as IQA/EQA, RARPA, QIP and SAR, and will demonstrate a strong understanding of awarding body expectations.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, senior leaders, external agencies, and community partners.
