Our adult social care teams work with people, families, carers and partners to help people stay independent, well and safe, with support that is timely, joined up and shaped around what matters to them. 

We work with health colleagues, care providers, and voluntary and community sector organisations across the county to connect people with advice, care and local support. This reflects Our Wiltshire Plan, which sets out our commitment to support people throughout their lives and help communities stay strong and resilient. 

We are also committed to improving services through co production, listening carefully to lived experience and working with local people, carers and partners to shape services that are simpler, more responsive and better connected.
