Sandwell Council’s Income and Money Advice Service is recruiting to the post of Accounts Officer to support its Home Ownership Service (Right to Buy and Leasehold).
Key Responsibilities: You will be expected to assist the Home Ownership Service to process Right to Buy applications, anti-money laundering forms, leasehold arrears and leasehold management. Ensuring our customers and partners receive a highly professional service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and continuous performance.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Working Pattern: Based at Oldbury Council House, hybrid working, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
