About this role:
Working within the Digital Change and Adoption team, you will be supporting colleagues to confidently and effectively use a variety of digital tools, including the Microsoft 365 suite. You will be involved in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, share best practice, and connect technologies to improve our everyday working environment. This insight, combined with your understanding of tech innovation will bring meaningful change and help shape a digital future that delivers real value.
This apprenticeship (Digital and AI Support Level 3) gives you the AI, Microsoft Copilot and broader digital skills needed to champion change and improve digital skill levels across our organisation. Boost productivity, support colleagues, and help teams use technology safely, effectively and with real impact.
