What will your day look like?
Reporting to the Education Projects Lead you will work with schools, childcare providers and families to ensure there is sufficient, high quality, and inclusive school age childcare across North East Lincolnshire. You’ll analyse local need, support the development of new and existing provision, offer guidance to providers and contribute to key programmes such as The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF), the wraparound childcare expansion and free breakfast clubs.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families, confident in partnership working, and able to turn data into meaningful action. You will be a strong communicator and solution focused.
Your work will directly shape the school age childcare landscape, helping children and families, and to support those with SEND or facing disadvantage, providing opportunities they can access to thrive.
Why join us?
This is an exciting time to join a team that is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.
You’ll contribute to programmes that make a real difference in our community, with opportunities to shape school-age childcare provision and influence positive change.
