The Council-run South Essex Parking Partnership (SEPP) led by Chelmsford City Council, is an organisation which brings together all street-based parking services in South Essex and are currently recruiting.

You must hold a full UK (manual) driving licence to join our team of Civil Enforcement Officers operating in the city of Chelmsford based at the Civic Centre. This specific role will be part of the ‘Late Shift’ team operating during the hours of midday to 8pm and 2pm to 10pm (as per set rota).

Working together with other Civil Enforcement Officers within the late shift team, activities will include patrolling parking areas to ensure the safe and free flow of traffic. This being achieved by working with and providing information to members of the public on parking and other related issues along with the issuing of penalty change notices where appropriate.
