This is a fast pace Customer Service role for understanding service demands and customers needs, relaying correct information in an friendly assertive manner.

Our focus is to provide our customers with the information they need in a timely manner via any of the contact channels they use. We have Customer Service hubs in Daventry, Towcester and Northampton, each one offering a phone and face to face service.

What will you be doing?
Providing a comprehensive advice and information service to a wide range of people in the community. This can be face to face, over the phone, email, text or social media.
You will be working as part of a team within one of our Contact Centres or One Stop Shops providing excellent service and working to an acceptable standard, meeting deadlines and targets set.
