As a Homemaker you will be working in a team delivering furniture to customers and preparing our void temporary accommodation properties for relet. We need talented and dedicated people to ensure we continue to make a difference for the residents of Sheffield.
Representing the council in assisting customers and ensuring the service is delivered in an effective, efficient, and courteous manner.
The nature of the work can by physically demanding.
Full induction and training will be provided, along with full uniform.
Please note with the 14.8hrs (2 days) position, thi will need to cover a Monday but the other day is flexible.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
