Do you have excellent organisational and data management skills with an interest in supporting vulnerable people?

Do you want to work in a rewarding and fast-paced environment as part of a multi-agency team?

Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident working with sensitive information?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Administration / Data Monitoring Officer to provide a comprehensive administrative and data monitoring service to the Integrated Domestic Abuse Response Team (IDART).

This is a vital role supporting a service that works with individuals affected by domestic abuse. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate data management, effective administrative processes, and high-quality support across a range of activities.

This is not a standard administrative post — the role offers a varied and engaging workload and would suit someone who is looking for a position where they can take ownership, develop their skills and make a meaningful contribution to service delivery. You will be actively involved in supporting multi-agency processes, analysing, and presenting performance data, and contributing to the effective delivery of services that make a real difference to people’s lives.

You will support the delivery of a range of services including MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference), DRAM, and Clare’s Law processes. The role involves managing databases, producing reports, organising meetings and events, and liaising with colleagues and partner agencies across the district.

This is a busy and rewarding role where attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism are essential.

The successful candidate will require:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office and databases
  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working with data
  • A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Experience of working within a multi-agency environment or supporting vulnerable individuals would be advantageous.

Working in Children and Young People Services is both challenging and rewarding, and this role plays a key part in supporting services that protect and support vulnerable people across the district.
