Here's what our OT's say:
"Some jobs can become a little monotonous over time, but I have never felt that as a Social Care OT! The job has always been very interesting with a respectful team and opportunities to progress. The pace of work changes as well as the types of assessment. I have been here over 5 years and have no plans to move on. I find ECC social care a progressive organisation which moves with new ethos and technology."
"The OT Hub offers a supportive working environment which enables me to build my skills in major adaptations and confidence when supporting with double handed care reviews. I enjoy the evolving nature of the OT hub which allows new projects to be brought to the team which increases my learning and love for being an OT"
