This role will involve providing technical guidance and support in the planning, design, and execution of maintenance projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing road conditions, determining appropriate maintenance strategies, and ensuring that all projects are carried out efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices associated with highway maintenance and rehabilitation.
This includes a strong background in programming highway works, selecting suitable materials and techniques for patching, surface dressing, and resurfacing, as well as managing the logistical aspects of project delivery.
