Durham County Council are seeking to recruit a Senior Housing Officer (Repairs and Arrears).
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will be responsible for line management of a team of Project Officers for Durham County Council’s housing stock.
You will ensure necessary repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance and compliance are carried out to legal standards. The post holder will also chase and reduce rent arrears/bad debts owed to the Council.
You will carry a small caseload of TA properties.
