Our ambition is for all of us to live well, by focusing on what matters to you, what you can do and your connections to the world around you.

At Royal Borough of Greenwich, we’re strong believers in empowering people and building on their strengths. Our strengths- based approach means our employees get more job satisfaction by enabling them to work alongside residents in an outcomes-focused way, using strengths-based, person-centred and evidenced-based practice.
