You will be working within Public Health to improve outcomes for healthy pregnancy and infant mortality. 

The first post will lead on the development of the Healthy Pregnancy team with a particular focus on improving outcomes of women with modifiable risk factors such as smoking and obesity.

The second post will work lead on the Start for Life elements of the Family Hubs programme focusing on areas such as perinatal mental health, parent infant relationships, infant feeding and parenting. 

To ensure that services and initiatives are integrated across the early years system the posts will be required to work as part of a hybrid model working across both Public Health and Maternity Services.

Requirements:

• Registered Midwife (NMC) Relevant degree/postgraduate degree in nursing A minimum of 2 years' experience in this field Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good management and planning skills.
